Deposits are non-refundable 30 days after purchase. When your bivvy is ready to ship, you will receive a payment request for the remaining $401 AUD. You will have 30 days to complete that payment before your spot is offered to the next person on the waitlist and your deposit is forfeited. Full pre-orders ($399) are refundable in full until production begins.
